"Nand Flash Not Found Error" while loading S1l in lpc3250

we are using custom Board of Lpc 3250 with similar configuration as suggested board like EA/Phytech of SLC Nand flash with LPC 3250 .

while we attempt to load S1 Loader using LPC3250 Loader Utility using uart file transfer's successfully but aftre transfer complete when we enable terminal message appears displaying "nanad Flash not found " / "nand Flash Could not initialise" / "Could not erase " ....etc

please suggest remedy of such problem
