Un mod de a rezolva problema ar fi cu o mica cutie de viteze legata intre motor si banda (se poate conecta motorul la o roata dintata de diametru mic, iar banda la o roata dintata de diametru mare).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

Un motor stepper sau dc care poate roti banda este in jur de 80 de lei. Costurile de construire ale proiectului depasesc o anumita limita in momentul de fata.       <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Dar pentru asta presupun ca este nevoie ca motorul stepper sa aiba un numar mai ridicat de rpm. Daca cauti pe internet cam ce viteza are motorul byj28 nu cred ca este in stare sa produca viteza pentru mecanismul de roți dințate. Scuze daca bat campii nu sunt la un nivel ridicat de cunostiinte in mecanica. Si forta si viteza acelui motor sunt scazute oricat de mult ai lucra la ratia pasului sau ce voltaj/curent i-ai oferi.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Salut,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; Motorul in cauza are integrata o cutie de viteze cu un raport de 1/64, dar nu s-a uitat nimeni la faptul ca motorul asta are un cuplu de 34.3 mN*m, astia sunt &lt;STRONG&gt;mili&lt;/STRONG&gt; Newton metru, adica 0.034 Nm :smileyhappy:. Personal consider ca un motor de curent continuu standard, nu pas cu pas poate fi folosit, orice merge aici. Nu construim CNC-uri pentru precizie. Trebuie sa afli viteza cu care se invarte si e suficient, pe baza ei te poti prinde cand sa lovesti obiectul de pe banda.       <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Complet de acord cu asta, am mentionat ca pot folosi si dc insa vine problema costului unui motor cu un cuplu necesar si voiam sa stiu daca se poare realiza decontarea acestuia de catre nxp.       <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Buna Irina,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In comentariile de mai sus am precizat ca am incercat toate metodele posibile pentru a ridica performantele motorului. Ridicarea voltajului, a curentului, scaderea si cresterea numarului de pasi facuti de motor. Nimic nu a adus o performanta crescuta motorului pentru ca pana la urma are niste limitari din constructie. Nu cer decontarea unui motor de 200 de lei, normal&amp;nbsp; ca nu ar fi corect, cer insa doar suportarea costului unui motor care face acest proiect functional care se afla in intervalul 50-80 lei, desigur voi alege un motor astfel incat acest proiect sa fie functional si atat, sa nu ajung la un cost de 80 de lei pe un motor. Sunt curios insa de unde este concluzia ca se poate folosi acel motor pentru realizarea proiectului. Daca exista un proiect precedent ce l-a folosit sau s-au facut masuratori exacte pentru stabilirea puterii necesare.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Multumesc de intelegere,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Andrei&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Andrei, poate gasiti alte metode prin care puteti folosi motorul propus de noi.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sunt echipe care deja au reusit sa integreze motorul acesta in sistem. Nu uitati ca puteti folosi orice tip de banda, eventual ceva cat ma usor facut de voi.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Daca totusi nu reusiti sa realizati ceva functional cu acest motorul, noi vom deconta propunerea voastra.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Trebuie sa aveti totusi in vedere ca va mai dura pana va ajunge comanda motorului si ca in final va conta la punctaj&amp;nbsp;si sistemul hardware folosit de voi.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Multa bafta,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Irina&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
