    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi all,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am trying to follow the instructions here to setup wireshark to run with with the USB-KW41Z I just ordered.&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://community.nxp.com/t5/Wireless-Connectivity-Knowledge/Use-the-USB-KW41-Wireshark-for-Thread-Sniffing/ta-p/1127112" target="_blank"&gt;https://community.nxp.com/t5/Wireless-Connectivity-Knowledge/Use-the-USB-KW41-Wireshark-for-Thread-Sniffing/ta-p/1127112&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;About half way through the article, it tells me to download the Kinetic Protocol Analyzer here:&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://www.nxp.com/webapp/Download?colCode=KINETIS-PRTCL-ANALYZER-ADAPTER&amp;amp;amp;appType=license&amp;amp;amp;location=null&amp;amp;fsrch=1&amp;amp;sr=4&amp;amp;pageNum=1&amp;amp;Parent_nodeId=&amp;amp;Parent_pageType=" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.nxp.com/webapp/Download?colCode=KINETIS-PRTCL-ANALYZER-ADAPTER&amp;amp;amp;appType=license&amp;amp;amp;location=null&amp;amp;fsrch=1&amp;amp;sr=4&amp;amp;pageNum=1&amp;amp;Parent_nodeId=&amp;amp;Parent_pageType=&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However, that page just says: "&lt;STRONG&gt;We are unable to complete your software download request at this time due to a system outage. Please try your download at a later time. We apologize for the inconvenience."&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;I have checked back multiple times over the last few days since my first try, but I still see this error. Is there any other way I can download this software?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi TIC,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you for your help. I have installed that linked file that includes the KPAA installer. However, one of the first steps is to install a TAP-Windows adapter - see the attached screenshot from running the installer. When I click on that "Download and manually install TAP-Windows Adapter", it takes me to a website that is shut down. I tried typing in the URL that is displayed in the message just to confirm, and it appears to be the same link that is shut down.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Are you able to also supply the TAP adapter that is needed.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Apologies, there was a network issue on my side causing the download issue. I was able to install the TAP adapter and install KPAA.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
