FRDM-K64F compatible with FRDM-KW41Z

Hi!

Is FRDM-K64F compatible with FRDM-KW41Z?

I'm trying out example 11.4 from the "Kinetis Thread Stack Demo Application User's guide.pdf", and I wonder what boards are supported to run this demo.

Hi Jonathan,

Unfortunately, there are no examples where the FRDM-K64F communicates with a FRDM-KW41Z.

The example described in section 11.4 External routing via Ethernet on FRDM-K64F – ND6 host mode and OpenWrt is meant for a FRDM-K64F with a FRDM-CR20A shield. The software for this example can be found in the Kinetis MKW2xD and MCR20A Connectivity Software.
