How to use PC test tool for usb_device_hid_generic example

I am working with SDK 2.0 for FRDMK64F board. In the readme(attached hereby) of usb_device_hid_generic example ,

a link to a PC test tool source code is given. I downloaded the source code, and made the suggested changes in "Sniffer.cs". But I dont know how to apply these changes and rebuild the project. From what I understand this a visual studio project. I have no knowledge of visual studio.

Kindly guide me through the steps as to what version of visual studio, how to build the project etc.

The USB HID project on PC side is developed by C# language, unfortunately, we have not engineers who are familiar with the C# language in our support team, maybe this link can help you:

I'm just compile the source code, the attachement is my result.
