I have posted before that the header files of the KSDK do not mesh well with cpp source files compiled against them. Is there any chance of this getting corrected in the next release?

I was able to put together a patch that resolves at least the issues I have run into. I haven't compiled in every source file, so I'm sure this is not complete. The KSDK code has carriage returns in it, so you need to use --binary when running patch.
