    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P style="min-height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've placed KSDK under version-control to get it safe for the future.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After the import into the version-control (Perforce) I would like to compile all the KSDK libraries.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To great surprise it's not possible because .../.projectis read-only!!??&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P style="min-height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In our environment we often compile a project, but the project-files should not be changed when just doing a compile,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;on the contrary it's important to know that you could not change the project in any way.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P style="min-height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is this behaviour by design? or just an accident?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hello Ole,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It is their feature. Libraries should be &lt;SPAN class="short_text" lang="en"&gt;&lt;SPAN class="hps"&gt;constant and unchanging - it is the reason, why they are read-only. &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class="short_text" lang="en"&gt;&lt;SPAN class="hps"&gt;You can set permissions for your project. &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class="short_text" lang="en"&gt;&lt;SPAN class="hps"&gt;Why you store compiled libraries to version system?
