KDS recipe for target ... failed

Hello all,

I have come across this problem where the build is failing and I am seeing numerous errors in the build console such as this :

c:/freescale/kds_v3/eclipse/../bin/sh: syntax error: unterminated quoted string
rtos/freertos_8.2.3/Source/subdir.mk:33: recipe for target 'rtos/freertos_8.2.3/Source/tasks.o' failed

It looks as though KDS is not recreating the .mk files correctly and is causing the syntax error

Hi Chad,

Is this problem happening with that specific project? Was this project originally created in KDS 3.2? Could you also tell us which MCU are you using?

I once had a similar problem with a project and it was caused because the include paths on the project settings did not had quotation marks, maybe this is the case?
