USB_PRINTF does not appear to be working

I have created an MSD component, with DbgCs, on the FRDM-K22F board, which appears to be working fine, but I am unable to get any output on the DbgCs from any of the MSD instances of USB_PRINTF or my own.

ZhangJennie,

While that article suggests using USB_PRINTF, it does not appear to address anything about debugging those usages, and just assumes that it works.

I have all sorts of instances where USB_PRINTF is used, but so far, none appear to work for me.
