Hello, is there any description about the steps to trigger a mass erase over the JTAG-Interface. The Debug Chapter in the Reference Manual is not very helpful. Thanks & Regards, Mathias

You can see that in "Targeting Microcontrollers.pdf" of CW10 documentation, "Flash programmer tutorial" chapter.

Or use "unlock kinetis" command of Segger Jlink commander, it unlocks the chip but mass erase it also.

Thanks, but i mean the access to the JTAG DAP registers to start a mass erase. This only works for me with the SRST line held but some devices have no SRST and that why i ask how this works correctly. Regards, Mathias
