      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;hi:i downloaded the&amp;nbsp;MFG_Files_and_Docs files for ar4100.and i find two files.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;one is flash_agent.out,the other is&amp;nbsp;intflash_d.afx.i know .out if from IAR,.axf is from codewarrior,but i don't know how to flashing it,is it necessary to convert it to .bin/.hex? and what converter tool i need to download?can you where i can download the converter tool?and how to flashing it?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;and i try to recpmpile the&amp;nbsp;flash_config_MQX37_source project,but it doesn't pass compile,some file is missing,why?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
