I recenetly got a FRDM-KL25Z board, i want to find the on board demo souce code . i see there is one KL25_SC.exe , but which project inside is for the out of factory FRDM-KL25Z board?

Hotas,

The FRDM-KL25Z board comes out of the box preprogrammed with the FRDM_KL25Z_OOBE_Demo.srec example. This demo cycles through several colors on the RGB LED, changes the color mix of the RGB LED based on the accelerometer data and uses the capacitive slider to change the brightness of the LED.

The FRDM_KL25Z_OOBE_Demo.srec file as well as other examples is stored in the Precompiled Examples folder of the attached FRDM-KL25Z Quick Start Package.

i knew FRDM-KL25Z_QSP.zip , but there is no project and source code inside. does freescale provide source code of it?

why freescale only like to provide preprogrammed file but no source project?

You can find the sample code for FRDM-KL25 in the KL25_SC.exe file.

The following path is related to the Freedom Demo source code.

The following path is related to the Freedom Demo project (IAR).

kl25_sc_rev6\klxx-sc-baremetal\build\iar\FRDM_KL25ZDemo
