      <title>PTA2/PTA3 as GPIO Output on KEA128</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The chip is powered by 3.3V, so the pins are connected to a 3.3V 4.7K resistor for pull-up output. You can observe the changes in the value of the GPIOA_PDOR register. However, using a multimeter, we cannot measure the changes in the high and low levels of &lt;STRONG&gt;PTA3&lt;/STRONG&gt;.
