MK22FX512 hard reset issue

I have a problem with developing K22FX512

after several hard reset K22FX512 continue to reset.
sometimes JLINK can't connect to K22FX512.

I read data after the problem happens when K22FX512 is connected successfully with JLINK, i see the data goes to FF.

Could you explain why the data goes to FF after reset? and why sometimes it keep reset status.
