Can not program kv58f1m0vlq24 on custom board

Hi everyone,

I try to program kv58f1m0vlq24 mcu on custom designed board with JTAG interface via pemicro u-multilink. When i click to debug button, debug session starts but terminates immediately after. So, i can not observe any problem or error on debug console. But when i try to program with "GUI Flash Tool" on mcuxpresso ide, i get errors. (errors on screenshot) Is there anyone can help?

I'd like to know does a similar error still happen when you try other debug tools?

Please attached the circuit of MCU(how did you connect it with MCU)?

Hi,

Thanks for answer and sorry for replying too late. My debugger pe-micro multilink is too old (estimately produced at 2015). So, i changed "Debug Shift Freq" in Target Communication Speed at debug configuration pane as 100 kHz. After made this change, i am be able to debug custom board.
