Hello,

I'm encountering "HAL,IO_TIMEOUT" errors when attempting to activate Layer 3 and Layer 4 on a Desfire EV4 card using the aCLEV663 NFC board (OM26630FDKM).

Setup:

Board: CLEV663 NFC board (OM26630FDKM)
Card: Desfire EV4 card supplied with the CLEV663 kit
Software: NXP NFC Cockpit v8.1.0

Steps Taken:

Successfully loaded the Type A protocol.
Turned on the RF field.
Placed the Desfire EV4 card on the antenna (card is confirmed working).
Attempted Layer 3 activation -> Received "RFProtocolTypeAService:RequestA Failed: HAL,IO_TIMEOUT" and "RFProtocolTypeAService:PerformLayer3Activation Failed: HAL,IO_TIMEOUT" errors.

Additional Information:

The card is placed in the antenna RF field.
The card is functional..

I would appreciate any assistance in resolving this issue.

Are you sure you are using an EV4 card? It seems that there is no EV4, only EV1/2/3.

When you try to activate layer 3, you need to put the card on field, in this case, also get failed, please change another card and try again.
