&lt;P&gt;As the following fig, if you replace the red rectangle 0xFFFE_FFFF with (0xFFFF_FFFF, or 0xFFFD_FFFF,0xFFFC_FFFF), it is okay.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;As the following Fig, when the SEC bits are 00, 01, 11, they are the same, the chip will be in secure mode, the SWD port is blocked. when the SEC bits are 10, the chip is in unsecure mode, user can read via SWD port.&lt;/P&gt;
