i would like to ask you which is the register used in the micro MK20 family that has to be read for check the cause of the reset.

I tried to search a similar topic but i didn't find anything.

Hi,

Pls refer to section 13.2.1 System Reset Status Register High (MC_SRSH) and section 13.2.2 System Reset Status Register Low (MC_SRSL) in Reference manual of K20(K20P120M100SF2RM.pdf), the two registers reflect the reset sources.

Hi Xiangjun,

many thanks for the reply. I also have one addition issue: when i check these registers, i always read 0 from them for any reset reasons. Do you know why? Is there some inizialitazion that i have to do before reading the registers?
