FRDM_KL02Z Board macOS or Parallels Windows 11

I have a board with a 1.09 bootloader on it.

My goal is to get this working on either macOS, or parallels windows 11. Is this possible?

I tried updating the bootloader but am unable to, and read that openSDA won't work with macOS or any new windows. Do I have to find a Windows 7 machine first? Can someone walk me through the steps to get this to work?

Quick note. I had to shut off some windows services to get it to work. Was able to get it to work in the end. Thank you.
