&lt;P&gt;Regarding the internal slow reference clock, I have checked the data sheet, the slow clock ranges from 31.25KHz to&amp;nbsp; 33.4234KHz with +/-4% deviation typically, and +/-15% at most.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Pls check if you use internal slow or fast clock.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you use the internal clock as core clock, of course, the core clock will deviate like the original one, but it does not take effect on the core operation.&lt;/P&gt;
