Pls refer to the release note of blhost tools.

Obviously, the KV10 support blhost tools with Pre-programmed Flashloader.

But the KL16 does not supports blhost. But you can download the flashloader to internal RAM of KL16, then use blhost tools to download application code to on-chip flash of KL family.
