&lt;P&gt;Can you provide me more details please? What do you mean with "&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;for the response to start in slave"? UART does not uses master/slave modes.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I want to use uart1 and dma to communicate rs485 at a transmission rate of 2.5mbps.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;After the data is sent, it takes approximately 30 us seconds for the response to start in slave.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;At this time, the first byte fills up with 0x00 intermittently, so can you suggest a solution for this?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
