I am using MKM35Z512VLL7 SMD 100-PIN LQFP CONTROLLER and FM24CL64B-G/MB85RC64TAPNF-G-AWERE2. While writing and reading data through i2c (100KHz) the data is being corrupted and i am getting irrelevant data. Is there any driver issue as well.

I don't know about this specific part. Older parts, such as the KL27, that have double buffered I2C do not handle Repeated Start correctly.

There are several older threads about it on here.

https://community.nxp.com/t5/Kinetis-Microcontrollers/Double-Buffered-I2C-Difficulties-eg-KL27/m-p/453594
