IEC 60730 Class B - Clock Library - MKV10

In the Kinetics page I downloaded the Library: IEC 60730 Class B for the MKV1 : IEC 60730 Safety Standard for Household Appliances | NXP Semiconductors

And according to the documentation "Chapter 3" here in IEC60730_B_CM0_Library_UG_v4_1 (nxp.com),

In the library I should find "iec60730b_clock.c". But I didnot find any such file.
So can some one please help me here ?
