Oscillator electrical specifications, you can see some specifications and these recommendations.</P> <P lang="en-US">1. See crystal or resonator manufacturer's recommendation</P> <P lang="en-US">2. Cx and Cy can be provided by using either integrated capacitors or external components.</P> <P lang="en-US">3. When low-power mode is selected, RF is integrated and must not be attached externally.</P> <P lang="en-US">4.
