topic Extracting code stored in FRDM-K64F-ND in Kinetis Microcontrollers

Hi,

I've recently been given a project to rebuild a system made with a FRDM-K64F-ND board, but the issue is that there are jumper wires missing from the assembly and working with an oscilloscope to find which pin provides the output has been fruitless. I was hoping to find a way to extract the code already uploaded on the board to see which pin's are included in it. I'm a biomedical engineering student so I haven't worked with coding this in depth before and any help would be appreciated!
