I will show you the mean of the KE series product number scheme, and the 2N22J stand for the mask number.

Then you can get to know what exactly chip you use after you have the information of product and mask number.

hi,I have a confusion about the marking.Why the marking of two components from the same package have a different marking? The part number is S9S12G64AMLF.
