can you try the GUI Flash Tool inside MCUXpresso IDE ?

All of a sudden while I was programming my MK50X256CLK10 microcontroller with my LPC-Link2 and received an error in a popup window saying 0 available SWD Devices Detected. My debugger console shows the warning: 'C:
xp\MCUXpressoIDE_11.4.1_6260\ide\plugins\com.nxp.mcuxpresso.tools.win32_11.4.0.202103011116 oolsinrm-none-eabi-gdb.exe: warning: Couldn't determine a path for the index cache directory.' I check my clock and pin configurations and nothing has changed. My Problems tab doesn't have any information and do not have another LPC-Link2 if that's the issue.

You should be able to ignore that warning from the gdb, see https://community.nxp.com/t5/MCUXpresso-IDE/warning-Couldn-t-determine-a-path-for-the-index-cache-directory/m-p/1272054

In any case, you might try the 11.5.0 version of the IDE.

I hope this helps,

Erich

I'm afraid i possibly locked my controller out of debug mode. Does anyone know how to do a flash erase from a USB to UART bridge through ISP mode? flashmagictool only supports LPC controllers.
