It seems that you have some issues with your hardware design.

I sent you a direct message.

Hi. I’m using MKW41Z512 mcu on a custom board developed by our team.

These are some features of the board:

- It's powered by a Li-Po battery;

- the battery is recharged using USB power by means an on board battery charger;

- mcu hardware reset when USB cable is connected.

We had some problems with the microcontroller., in particular there are two types of problems:

1. on some boards mcu resets repeatedly. I see a sawtooth signal 1.6 V level on reset pin. The board starts working again after reprogramming mcu.

2. on some boards, internal mcu DCDC stops regulating. I measured battery level on VDD_1P8OUT and +3.32 V on VDD_1P45OUT instead of +1.8 V and +1.5 V respectively. The boards starts working again only after battery disconnection.

Can you help us to find what aspects should we check? Thank you!
