What's the difference between the 1N41K, 2N03G and 3N03G Masks?

Specifically I'm interested in the difference between MK21FX512VMC12 and MK21FX512AVMC12. Can these be used interchangeably? If not, what changes are required to change from one to another?

Is this Engineering Bulletin applicable to all devices in the 1N41K, 2N03G and 3N03G Masks even though only the K22F 120 MHz devices are explicitly called out? Or is there a similar Engineering Bulletin available for the K21 parts?
