[MK40DX128VMD10] Flash memory size is different.

Hello NXP

The flash memory size of operating feature on the NXP portal and flash memory size on datasheet are different.

I believe the value on datasheet is correct but I need your confirm.

Effectively, the flash memory size from operating features on the NXP portal have an error. The correct flash memory size for this part number MK40DX128VMD10 is 128kB on Program flash memory size.

Hoping you are excellent and having happy holidays.

Just adding, the official NXP Portal might be confusing, because it considers Flash Memory such as real Flash Memory + FlexNVM (Non-Volatile Flash Memory), and the part number that you mentioned has a FlexNVM of 128KB, so together the regular flash and FlexNVM, form 256KB.
