Hello, I am interfacing MCU K64FN1M0VLQ12 with MRAM MR2A16ACMA35.

1- Multiplex mode or non multiplex mode is fast?

2- In Multiplex mode, 16bit address and 16bit data, what are the connections required between MCU and MRAM?

1. They are same.

2. FB_AD[1:18] <=Latch=>A[0:17];

FB_AD[0:15]<==>D[0:15]

ALE <->Latch ALE

MRAM UB&LB can connect to ground.

You can refer to AN4393 for other pins.
