Kinetis Protocol Analyzer & USB-KW019032 adapter not found

I just bought USB-KW019032 and tried to follow the steps in "Getting started guide"

I installed the drivers and see mbed Serial Port when dongle is connected

However, when I launch Kinetis Procotol Analyzer, I don't see adapter detected.

I am using Windows 10. Protocol Analyzer version is 2.0.4.1

What am I doing wrong?

I download older version of KPAA 2.0.2.1 and Wireshark 3.2.16, but now I can't start KPAA because of error:

"Wireshark is not detected on your PC"

The problem persist. I can't run KPAA (version 2.0.2.1) it complains that I don't have Wireshark installed (3.2.0) eventhough I have it

1 Did you close the firewall?

2 Did you put the software in 'c:/nxp'?

Yes, I did that.

I also tried Test Tool 12.6.3 but it did not either detect the device.

The Kinetis Protocol Analyzer doesn't support USB-KW019032. kw01 works on 1Ghz. The Kinetis Protocol Analyzer works on 2.4Ghz. So the only way is to use the test tool including the protocol analyzer.

So you have followed the guide and use test tool to open the protocol analyzer?
