    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Flash could not be damaged easily, even cycling over 50k times. But of course some abnormal use case may damage the chip, like the document says, welding problem or power issue.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class="VIiyi"&gt;&lt;SPAN class="JLqJ4b ChMk0b"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hi,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class="JLqJ4b ChMk0b"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;we are using MK20DX256VLL10 processor.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt; &lt;SPAN class="JLqJ4b ChMk0b"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;On some boards with the same software, the processor stops working.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt; &lt;SPAN class="JLqJ4b ChMk0b"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;It is not yet clear to me why.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt; &lt;SPAN class="JLqJ4b ChMk0b"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Will it go to a state where it is not possible to upload or delete, could anyone advise?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt; &lt;SPAN class="JLqJ4b ChMk0b"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Attached sends a log extract from J-Link.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt; &lt;SPAN class="JLqJ4b ChMk0b"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I also looked at the reset pin with the oscilloscope and there is a 66us period on it.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt; &lt;SPAN class="JLqJ4b ChMk0b"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Is the processor destroyed or can it still be played?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class="JLqJ4b ChMk0b"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Thank you in advance for your reply.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;You said there is period reset signal on RESET pin. Please refer to this file. You may have same problem.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you very much, in the end I managed to delete the processor and load it in CodeWarior -&amp;gt; Erase and flash program. He also deleted all the flash banks and uploaded the bin file, but when reading the Flash memory the result is a completely different part of the memory was not loaded. From this I conclude that the processor is damaged.&lt;BR /&gt;I will definitely look at your progress.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Does anyone know what could damage Flash?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
