      <description>&lt;P&gt;Can someone from NXP please confirm the SRAM size and address range for the&amp;nbsp;MK64FX512VLL12?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Per the datasheet, this should be 256KB, but there's conflicting information in the reference manual. The reference manual indicates a size of 256 KB, but address range of&amp;nbsp;0x1FFF_0000-0x2001_FFFF (which is only 192 KB)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;See attached picture from the table in section 3.5.3.1 of the latest reference manual v.5.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Interal concurred with the documentation error. The address ranges of all the listed devices should be 0x1FFF_0000 - 0x2002_FFFF. Thanks for reporting this mistake.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
