Hi,

is there a replacement for MKL27Z64VLH4, which is not in stock?

I need LQFP64, crystalless USB operation (48 MHz internal clock), min 64 kB flash, pin compatibility for power, USB, SWD and analog power/reference. On our board, all MKL27 pins are used, however, no specific function on pins is needed (just GPIO).

Thanks, Martin

Can you please give me exact part number? I listed all K32L's with LQFP64 package but unfortunately all 5 parts I got have VOUT33 and VREGIN pins (K27 has USB_VDD pin). This is not compatible with our board.

KL to K32L migration guide:

https://www.nxp.com/docs/en/application-note/AN12779.pdf

As I said some of the K32Ls cross, you may have one that doesn't..
