Hello,

We have a technical issue with our cpu KL16Z32M4.

We produced more than 10 000 units.

The cpu was programmed on each circuit. After sending it to the customer, Some of them stop working.

An investigation on the circuits shows that the cpu is secured although it seems like if there is nothing (as a program) inside it!

What can be the roots causes ?
