&lt;P&gt;As you mentioned, part number MKE16Z64VLF4 does not have integrated EEPROM space.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You could switch to another KE1xZ microcontroller which does have integrated EEPROM as listed on the following fact sheet, or you could integrate an external EEPROM that communicates with one of the available interfaces.&lt;/P&gt;
