TWR-POS-K81 QSPI FLASH

Requirement: QCB for the QSPI Flash Part no: MT25TL512HBA8E12.

Environment: The TWR-POS-K81 KIT is supplied with a QSPI Flash Part no: MT25TL512HBA8E12. Through the IAR IDE, using USB-MULTILINK we are loading PAYMENT DEMO application in TWR-POS-K81 . Payment demo application gets loaded in both internal flash and external QSPI flash memory and PAYMENT DEMO application works fine.

What we want to do:

We want to load the outputfile, paymentdemo.sb in to the TOWER-POS-K81 board using blhost.exe or mfgtools.exe
We understand that in order to do this, first we need to create a qspi_config_block_generation.c containing QCB information suitable for MT25TL512HBA8E12 and compile using CodeBlocksIDE to generate a qspi_config_block_pos.bin.
Using the document Kinetis Bootloader QuadSPI User's Guide paymentdemo.bd is required to be created.

Further using the Elftosb.exe and paymentdemo.bd prepared for paymentdemo.srec and qspi_config_block_pos.bin the paymentdemo.sb shall be created.

Further this paymentdemo.sb is loaded into the TOWER-POS-K81 board using blhost.exe or mfgtools.exe

What we want:

QCB file suitable for MT25TL512HBA8E12

Note: We tried to create a QCB file at our end, but unsuccessful.

In "MBOOTQSPIUG.pdf" document the QCB for MT25TL512HBA8E12 IC is not mentioned.

MT25TL512HBA8E12 's difference is flash space , but cmd and main timing sequence is same .
