Hello Benjamin,

If you are using mcuxpresso you can do a mass erase by using the GUI Flash tool available within the IDE. For instructions on how to use it, please check Chapter 14 of the MCUXpresso IDE User Guide.

Best Regards,

Sabina

Hi,

I'm currently trying to reconfigure the FlexNVM as EEPROM only, so I'd like to have 4'096 Bytes of FlexRAM and 64 KBytes of FlexNVM for the backup.

I have run the twrke18f_flexnvm_eeprom example once and have now adapted my own code. I figured out I need to do a mass erase in order to be able to reconfigure the FlexNVM partition.

And here I'm stuck. How would I do that?

Using the onboard debugger and the MCUXpresso IDE, is there any way to achieve that?

Thanks in advance

Benjo
