Problem loading loadbin to NXP FRDM-K66F using SeggerJlink ("Failed to read back RAMCODE for verification")

Hello,

My FRDM-K66F board got bricked and I have a problem trying to reprogram the bootloader using Segger J-Link.
the bootloader openSDA v2.2 is downloaded from openSDA 2.2 and the following method is used to load the bootloader

I am using Segger J-Link Commander for flashing the bootloader, When I attempt to load the bin file I get the following error message "Failed to read back RAMCODE for verification" from JLink Commander.

Can anyone help me? Thanks in Advance.

Dear Steffen Probst,

In the FRDM there's two 10-pin debug connector, 1 for the K66(target) and one for the K20(debugger) you'll need to connect your debug probe in the following connector and follow the steps in the link that you mention.

Don't forget that you need to download the Segger firmware to the K20, so the device to connect is the MK20DX128xx5.
