Unable to program/debug the FRDM K22F from Keil MDK

Hi,

Setup
> I am planning to use the MK22FN512VLH12 MCU for a new product.
> For evaluation I have started with the FRDM K22F Development platform with the Keil MDK Lite Version 5.27.1.0.
> I am not using an external programmer. I am using the OpenSDA device on board for programming and debugging.
> Windows 8.1 Host OS
Issue
Referring to the blinky example project. The project builds without any error. But when I try to debug or program I am getting the following error message:

When I click OK, I get the following error message:

Why am I seeing this issue, how do I fix it?
