NXP bundles LWIP with the SDK so you can use the LWIP documentation.

You can also download the open source version of the uTasker project which includes an integrated TCP/IP stack for the FRDM-K64F board and also allows simulation of all TCP/IP operation for faster learning (this included also integration of FTP/HTTP with file system on SD card or internal memory and TCP/IP operation via the K64 USB port and RNDIS).
