SDRAM and NOR flash/QSPI flash interface in MK22FN512VLL12

Can SDRAM and NOR/QSPI flash be interfaced with MK22FN512VLL12 through Flex memory interface?

Hi Prasanna Naik,

1. SDRAM for K22, you can use the flexbus interface

2. QSPI for K22

Unfortuntatly, MK22FN512VLL12 doesn't have the QSPI interface, maybe you just can use the SPI interface.

Flex memory is just used for the internal memory, it can't be used to the external memory.
