I want to interface external SDRAM/SRAM & Flash with MK24FN1M0VLL12. is it possible or not?

Hi Pratik,

MK24FN1M0VLL12 can support the external flash with flexbus, but it can't support the external SDRAM, because it doesn't have the DDR module or the SDRAM module.

But you want to use both the external flash and external SDRAM, you also can consider to use the MK26 series:

MK26FN2M0CAC18R

MK26FN2M0VLQ18

MK26FN2M0VMD18

MK26FN2M0VMI18

The above MK26 chip can support both the flexbus and the SDRAM.

How can I calculate the maximum supported external SDRAM/SRAM & Flash memory can be interfaced?
