      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please be note that the&lt;SPAN style="color: #000000;"&gt; IRC48M does not do a phase lock at all and the frequency lock is approximate, guaranteed only to be within the spec mentioned in the datasheet. The long term drift is really un-dertermined and not included.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P style="min-height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color: #000000;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color: #000000;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P style="min-height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color: #000000;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
