i.mx rt1020 evk board a new project using keil

I started to use i.mx rt1020 evk board and I try to create a new project using keil ,but there is always errors.

How can I create a new project on keil ?Is there any document in this topic?

I think you need the i.MX forum rather than the Kinetis forum.

If you want to create the rt1020 keil project, I suggest you refer to the official SDK keil project, which can be downloaded from this link:

Welcome | MCUXpresso SDK Builder

Select the RT1020 processor, generate the code, and download it.

You can refer to the simple project, eg: SDK_2.5.0_EVK-MIMXRT1020\boards\evkmimxrt1020\demo_apps\led_blinky\mdk

If you just want to run it from RAM, you can use these files as the startup file:

You can totally create a project which is the same as the KSDK, after add the files, in the options, you need to add the include paths:
