Generally, you can measure the rotor parameters of ACIM with the&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;rotor blocked and non-load methods.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A class="link-titled" href="https://www.nxp.com/docs/en/application-note/AN4642.pdf" title="https://www.nxp.com/docs/en/application-note/AN4642.pdf"&gt;https://www.nxp.com/docs/en/application-note/AN4642.pdf&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I do not think we have application note for ACIM parameters measurement, anyway, you can submit a question on the "motor control and smart Energy" forum so that the expert on motor control can answer you.
