      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;TFS is present in Kinetis K devices as built-in flash (ARM Cortex M4). There are several evaluation board for those MCU, you might want to take a look:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="http://www.freescale.com/tower"&gt;http://www.freescale.com/tower&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For your second question, I haven't heard anything about external Flash NOR based on TFS.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
