Windows10 cannot download OpenSDA application on the FRDM-KL25Z

I'm develop the KL25Z application using FRDM-KL25Z.

After download below P&E micro OpenSDA debug application to FRDM-KL25Z using Windows10 PC, the FRDM-KL25Z is in BOOTLOADER, then I cannot debug KL25Z using on-board OpenSDA debug interface.

- MSD-DEBUG-FRDM-KL25Z_Pemicro_v118.SDA

Here is my Windows 10 PC information:

- Edition Windows 10 Pro 64-bit (Japanese)

- Version: 1703

- OS Build 15063.674

We have another Windows 7 PC, then I can download above OpenSDA application using Windows 7 PC.

Why I cannot download OpenSDA application using Windows 10 PC?

Please reply as soon as possible.

I think you see the problem described in Bricking and Recovering OpenSDA Boards in Windows 8 and 10 | MCU on Eclipse. That article describes the problem and the solution (best if you have a Windows 7 machine around to update the bootloader).
